Artificial Turf Installation in Ricardo, TX — Insured

Corpus Christi Elite Sod & Turf covers the same range of work in Ricardo that we do in Corpus Christi — nothing is carved out because the address is a few miles up the road:

• Sports Field & Athletic Turf — A field is judged on whether it holds up under traffic during the season it is needed. Here the difficulty is the grow-in window.
• Storm & Hurricane Lawn Recovery — Storm and hurricane lawn recovery is a different job from ordinary sod work, because after a surge or a tropical system the problem in your yard is chemistry and debris rather than grass. We test the soil first, build a leaching irrigation schedule, apply gypsum where the sodium numbers call for it, and only then talk about replacing turf — fertilizing a salt-inundated lawn makes it worse.
• Sod Removal & Lawn Demolition — Removing a lawn is the easy half of the job. The risk sits in the gap between a stripped yard and rooted new turf, and we schedule demolition around that gap for homes, HOA common areas and commercial grounds across Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend.
• Land Grading & Leveling — Land grading and leveling is the part of a lawn nobody sees and everything depends on, and on a flat coastal city it is the difference between a yard that sheds a thunderstorm and a yard that keeps it. We laser-grade to a fall of roughly a quarter inch per foot away from the slab, fill the low spots, and cut a route for water to leave the property rather than sit on the grass.
• Sandy Soil & Topsoil Amendment — Sandy soil and topsoil amendment is the make-or-break step on a Corpus Christi lawn, because the four inches under the grass decide almost everything and on this coast those four inches are either pure sand or unyielding clay. Sand drains instantly and holds neither water nor nutrients.
• Lawn Maintenance Programs — A maintenance program on this coast is mostly a water and salt program with mowing attached. We run mowing, edging, aeration, topdressing and monthly irrigation checks for homes, HOA common areas and commercial grounds in Corpus Christi, Portland, Flour Bluff and Aransas Pass.

Ricardo sits in Kleberg County with a population of roughly 1,048, close enough to Corpus Christi that crews move between the two constantly. Local landmarks and corridors residents know well include US-77 south of Kingsville, the Kleberg County ranchland.

Local knowledge is not a marketing line here. Ricardo properties share soil, weather, permit rules and construction eras with the rest of Kleberg County, and a sod installation contractor who works the area weekly already knows what fails locally and what holds up. That is the difference between a bid and an accurate bid.
